District Head
Quarter Home Guards
District Commandant is
incharge of District Hqs . He controls Administration, Accounts
& Training matters of the District. He also implements orders
passed by the State Head Quarter and calls out the volunteers and
deploys them for duty. His other duties are to send volunteers for
training, to look after the store, camp and parade.

Training Center
District
Training center gives training to volunteers of Rural wing by running
camps and if camp is not running then hold weekly parades.

Quarter Civil Defence
Deputy Commissioner holds
the charge of Controller Civil Defence & the work of Civil Defence
is looked after by Deputy Controller Civil Defence. Civil Defence
gives Training on following twelve services:-

In addition to
above, Civil Defence Department makes Paper Plan of the
Civil Defence cities and maintains communication system. Store Superintendent
and Civil Defence Instructors give training to General Public &
volunteers of Civil Defence for all the services and give training
to save life and property from air raid.
